CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

The buyer can pay both with PayPal and by bank transfer.
Once the reservation has been made, the stay will not be refundable.

In the event that lock-down periods are arranged by the competent public authorities to counter the spread of the covid-19 virus and its variants, falling within the time frame of the chosen stay, the entire amount paid will be returned.

Smoking is not allowed inside the structure.

For the entire duration of the stay, the diligence of a good father of a family is required in enjoying the structure, furnishings, appliances and equipment therein.

It is not allowed to organize parties/events.

Respect for the rules of good neighborliness is required, avoiding harassment at all hours and in particular during the afternoon or night rest with loud music or noises of all kinds.

A security deposit of Euro 250.00 must be paid, which will be returned after verification of the release conditions of the structure, equipment and furnishings present therein.

Absolute prohibition of subletting and / or transfer, even partial, of the purchased stay, under penalty of termination of the contract with withholding of the amount paid as established in these conditions.
